Jonathan is growing, now into week 2 !

Jonathan is growing lots of feathers now, buff/white with streaks of black - and has started riding round on mum's back !

Our bees arrived this morning

Met the bees that will be providing us with lots of lovely honey.  Our outfits made us look like crosses between a Telly Tubby and a Dr Who extra !

Jonathan Chicken's first week

Jonathan is doing very well, eating lots of maggots and growing very quickly.

A new member of the family

Jonathan Chicken was born on 14th May 2011 to a proud mum (Etoile) and dad (Buffy).  Mother and chick are doing well.
